Sogeti Netherlands celebrated its 35 year existence with a special trip called Sogeti goes Praha. Over 4 000 employees with their partners were sent to Prague for two days incentive city program with various customized activities and two seated gala dinners. We had almost a year for the intensive preparation and within this time we were challenged to create a logistic that will make this event work! Indeed, the event was a big success. Sogeti goes Praha is still considered to be one of the biggest incentive event of this kind in Prague ever.

You can negotiate yourself and contract the suppliers directly or we make this service for you. As the fee for our labor work is clearly stated it enables us to provide our clients with independent advice and the lowest price of supplier’s services. 

Flat Hourly | Daily rate   You pay us for our time involved in your project.  
Flat project fee   Depending on the complexity of the program we determine a flat fee including all requested services.   
Percentage of expenses   Pre-determinate % of the total cost of an event or service is charged as a project fee.

Site Inspection
Pictures and maps simulate reality, but if you still prefer to see, experience and taste before your final decision is made, we are here to assist you with your planned site inspection. We will accompany your visit to the venues and suppliers and will help with logistic solutions for your event. Don’t get lost on your first visit to town, and do it in the knowledgeable hands of a local destination management company professional.
Includes: settle of the appointments, logistic of the site inspection program, accompany during the site inspection, debrief after the site inspection (on site with the client)

Availability research & reservation services 
Based on your criterias, we will select, check availability and book the most suitable hotel, restaurant, venue or supplier for your event.

Meet & Greet Staff  
The Meet & Greet Staff will make sure your guests arrivals and departures are smooth and efficient. (Min. 3 hrs have to be booked)

Hospitality Desk Staff
A well organized and efficiently run hospitality desk is a key to a successful event. The Hospitality Desk Staff will help from assembling and handing out welcome packs, check-in procedures, to program information, tours signups and recommendation on local attractions.

Chief Guide  
Chief Guides are the most knowledgeable and experienced guides in their destinations. During the trip a Chief Guide will explain many points of interest from the history and culture of the destination and will teach your guests as much as they will want to know about the areas and sights visited during the program.  A Chief Guide will also coordinate all aspects of your scheduled activities, such as management of field staff, transportation logistics and vehicle controls, tour admissions and meal functions.
