Payment method

You may use the following payments methods for your purchases within the DestinationPro.com portal:

In case of orders over EUR 200, it is possible to use a bank transfer on the basis of a pro-forma invoice. If you are interested in using a bank transfer, contact us

 

How to make purchases?

Extended info

Buy the “extended info” to get comprehensive information on the supplier of your choice.

  • Click the “Buy extended info” icon in the product details. If you wish to buy several products at once, select them in the “Matching results” listing using the “Select” icon. Click the “Buy selected” link to confirm your selection.
  • Products will be placed in your shopping cart where you will be automatically forwarded (you may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the link at the top left corner).
  • Once you complete the product selection, click the “Proceed to Checkout” option to proceed to payment.
  • If you have not logged in during your shopping session, you will be asked to log in or to register a new account (for unregistered users of the portal).
  • Follow the instructions of the payment process.

 

B2B Membership fee

B2B - Special Offers section is temporarily open to all registered customers for free

The B2B Membership will allow you to access the B2B section where you may select from various offers and promotional deals aimed at groups. All users of the portal have free access to the “Last minute deals” section – i.e. offers for the following 4 weeks. Other categories may only be accessed with a valid membership.

  • Click the “Click here to buy B2B membership” banner or click the “Buy B2B membership” icon in the “B2B membership” tab once you log in within the “My account” section.
  • Select the required membership duration (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months)
  • Product will be placed in your shopping cart where you will be automatically forwarded (you may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the link at the top left corner).
  • Once you complete the product selection, click the “Checkout” option to proceed to payment.  
  • If you have not logged in during your shopping session, you will be asked to log in or to register a new account (for unregistered users of the portal).
  • Follow the instructions of the payment process.

 

Tip: Get a bonus every time you shop on the DestinationPro.com portal. You will receive the bonus during the payment process – either in the form of credits or free access to the B2B section (value of the bonus depends on the purchase amount).

 

Credits

How to buy credits?

  • Click the “Buy credits for your account” banner or click the “Buy credits” icon in the “Credit” tab once you log in within the “My account” section.
  • Enter the number of credits you wish to buy in the “Quantity” field. Price of 1 credit is EUR 1 excl. VAT (see below for more information on VAT).
  • Product will be placed in your shopping cart where you will be automatically forwarded.
  • Once you complete the product selection, click the “Checkout” option to proceed to payment.  
  • If you have not logged in during your shopping session, you will be asked to log in or to register a new account (for unregistered users of the portal).
  • Follow the instructions of the payment process (you may use payment card or PayPal to buy credits).

 

How to use credits?

Registered users:

  • If you have enough credits in your account, click the “Buy extended info” icon for the selected product.
  • The system will inform you about the current balance of credits in your account, about the number of credits to be deducted, and will give you an option to make a direct payment using your credits.
  • Confirm the payment by means of credits by clicking the “Use credit” icon.
  • Any purchased information will be available to you immediately (in case the information is not displayed right away, refresh the page).

Unregistered users:

  • Once you complete the product selection, go to shopping cart, update it and proceed to payment using the “Checkout” link.
  • The system will urge you to log in.
  • If you have enough credits in your account, the system will propose a payment by means of credits (this option is selected automatically).
  • Confirm the payment by means of credits by clicking the “Continue” link.
  • The payment process will be completed automatically and any purchased information will be available to you immediately (in case the information is not displayed right away, refresh the page).

 

Payment process

Once you complete the product selection, click the “Checkout” option to proceed to payment.

If you have not logged in during your shopping session, you will be asked to log in or to register a new account (for unregistered users of the portal). Follow the instructions of the payment process:

1. “Use credits” - This step will only be displayed if you have enough credits in your account. The use of credits is selected automatically. If you confirm it using the “Continue” link, the payment process will be completed and information for any purchased products will be made available immediately. If you wish to use other payments methods, deselect the option and proceed with the subsequent steps.

2. “Billing information” - Select a previously entered billing address or enter a new one. It is also necessary to enter the “EU VAT Number” if you are a VAT payer in the European Union.

VAT - All prices quoted on the portal are exclusive of VAT. With regard to companies registered in the Czech Republic, an invoice will be issued with applicable VAT. If you are a VAT payer in the European Union and enter your VAT Number during the payment process (or previously in “Account information”), you will be charged an amount exclusive of VAT; however, you are obligated to pay the relevant taxes in the country of your company’s registration. Entities not registered for VAT and residents outside of the EU shall be charged the relevant price plus VAT of 20%.

3. “Payment information” - selected one of the available options, online payment card or PayPal.

4. „Credit bonus“- You may select a bonus for your purchase during the payment process - either in the form of credits or access to the B2B section (value of the bonus depends on the amount of your purchase).

5. “Order review” - Review your order. If you wish to modify individual items in your shopping cart, use the “Edit Your Cart” link. It is only possible to submit the order after approving the User Terms and Conditions. Click the “Place Order” icon to be forwarded to the payment gateway based on the selected payment method. You will receive the order confirmation via email. Your invoice will be saved in your account in the “My orders” tab.

The automatic payment processing may take several minutes. Once the payment is completed and authorized by the bank, information for any purchased products will be made available automatically. You must be logged in to view information for any purchased products. In case the information is not displayed, refresh the page. You can also find direct links to any purchased products in your account ("My BOUGHT ITEMS" tab).
